BillyTheBull: Oh, I'll be happy to list my gripes with the Red Cherry Poker (RCP) software in its current form; maybe one of their support people will even read this (?!!):- Hand Histories: Even though they're stored locally in .txt format, PokerTracker cannot read them;
SAM: PokerTracker will read them if you tell them you want it. They don't listen to us.
- moreover, they get "bundled" by table, rather than by session/tournament, so you will have multiple files w/ highly undescriptive file names (i.e. "1.txt") over the course of one tourney, which makes it almost impossible to review a tourney in its entirety in sequence.
Also, let's say you play a cash game session in the morning and then another in the evening at the same table (which will happen, because often there is only one table going per limit), both sessions get mixed into the same HH file -- not good.
Stats: there are no per-table or per-session stats available, and the overall stats in the "My Account" section of the SP website are not only very hard to decipher, I'm pretty sure they're way off, too . . . useless.
It would be nice if the total pot size was marked somewhere, especially pre-flop
The tourney lobbies don't show stack sizes and do funky stuff with player names sometimes (submitted a support issue, and they are working on it)

- Tables are not re-sizable (although that's supposed to be in the works)

- There's no way to permanently pick a preferred seat - you have to do it separately after each table change, etc.
SAM: Now, this one's in the works.
- On the good side, the SP client has a very small processor footprint and seems to run stably and efficiently, and I find the table design cleaner and easier to read than some of the "big" sites (i.e. Bodog, Carbon), at least once you turn off avatars and the annoying dealer sound effects.
SAM: There are a few other good sides if you're a man for it.

SAM: Never knew that PIC Club is so PIC-ky about the Illinois. You can use credit cards. The process looks a bit complicated but it works. We're busting our rear ends to add more options soon.

SAM: Patience is a virtue (lol). As I said there is no Free $10 offer. Because of my loose tongue and a big heart ;), Support is bombarded now with requests, demands, pleas for $10 Bonus that was "officially announced" on 2+2. Since they can't do it and Sam's to blame - they just forward all these requests my way. I'm swamped. So, show some mercy and be patient, please. I've got some cash and I'm handing it over as fast as I can. But it's drawing close to zero now and once it's gone - it's gone.
SAM: We got a lot of suggestions and requests and are going through all of them. Many have to do with deposit methods - working on it really-really hard. We can't just copy what others are doing because some of it is illegal. But solutions are on the way and we'll inform personally.

There is PIC CLUB but we really are trying to get other methods as well. We'll let you know. I hope there'll be some players from Europe here who could help you while we're coming up with a solution.
